Pascoe Vale is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 10 km north of Melbourne's Central Business District. Its local government area is the City of Moreland. At the 2016 Census, Pascoe Vale had a population of 17,051. == History == Pascoe Vale was named after the John Pascoe Fawkner Estate, which was originally a holding of 709 acres (2.87 km2). The estate, established in 1839, was bounded by the Moonee Ponds Creek to the west, Gaffney Street to the south, Northumberland Road to the east and Rhodes Parade to the north. John Pascoe Fawkner built a timber house overlooking the creek, in the Marie Street area of Oak Park. Pascoe Vale Post Office opened on 25 September 1911. A Pascoe Vale West Post Office opened in 1927 and closed in 1976.Pascoe Vale Road in the mid-19th century was originally called Sydney Road. For much of the 19th century, where a fast food chicken outlet in Pascoe Vale Road now exists, was once a Cobb & Co waystation. Ironically, during much of the 20th century, the same location was a chicken farm.

He sets achievable expectations and deliver it in a timely manner. His quotation is also very competitive (lowest among three plumbing companies). We are very happy and impressed with their job. They also made sure that the site is left clean and tidy post-work (which is really hard to say with other trades) We will definitely be a return customer for other plumbing issues that may arise.

I am beyond thrilled at the service William provided me in fixing a burst pipe on extremely short notice, after a different plumber failed to provide a reliable or affordable course of action. I only wish I had called William first, as he was at my house within 15-20 minutes of placing the call (surely a record!) and grasped the situation very quickly. He offered to try an initial solution before charging me anything, and then rolled up his sleeves to do what needed to be done. Excellent workmanship, very fair pricing, efficient, and he went above and beyond in determining whether my neighbour's water supply was affected. William is one of the good guys, and definitely someone you want in your corner when a plumbing mishap occurs. Cannot recommend Melbourne Plumbing Co. highly enough.
